Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club is excited to launch the Next Wave Project, an eight month coach development program designed specifically for, and by women. Next Wave Project coaches will have the opportunity to grow the technical, tactical, and psychosocial skills it requires to be an effective, impactful, and inspiring coach while building quality relationships with other women in the soccer community.
